Early Childhood Development Program
GlobalGiving - Interim Report
As the holiday season approaches, the children are preparing their Christmas performance, which they will present to their parents and the Shelter Them team. This annual event provides an opportunity to showcase how early childhood development (ECD) serves as a catalyst for progress and growth for the 106 children who attend our program daily. All of these children come from rural and disadvantaged backgrounds, and for them, receiving an education is a profound source of hope.
Our goal is to provide an early childhood development program during the critical early years of a child's life, creating a safe environment that helps children grow into happy, productive, and independent adults. Our program integrates five key pillars—learning, protection, nutrition, hygiene and sanitation, and health—to provide comprehensive support for the healthy development of these young children.
Your donations play a vital role in enhancing our services, particularly in terms of infrastructure, staffing, and materials, to ensure a richer and more complete educational experience. By supporting our project, you are helping to lay the foundation for a brighter future for these children, offering them a chance to break free from the cycle of poverty.
