With mixed emotions, we have decided to close the Umva boutique in Rwanda and discontinue our natural dyeing operations. This decision is a result of the changing financial landscape and the needs of the community we serve.
Our mission has always been to support those in need who have been affected by the 1994 Genocide Against the Tutsi and, as we look ahead, we realize that our greatest impact lies in providing education and healthcare support to these wonderful families. This shift in focus allows us to better channel our resources and energy into these critical areas.
It is with a heavy heart that we make this change, but we believe it is the most responsible decision to serve both our families and you, our generous supporters. We remain hopeful for the future and grateful for the many memories, friendships, and accomplishments along the way.
We still have many gorgeous Umva inventory pieces available and all sales support our refocused initiatives! Have a look at these beautiful, one-of-a-kind items on our website at www.rwandaone4one.org
We invite you to continue with us on this journey. Together, we can continue to make a meaningful difference in the lives of these amazing families.
With gratitude,
The Rwanda-one4one Family
