In Pakistan, a significant number of children face the challenge of hearing impairment, hindering their ability to communicate effectively and access educational opportunities. To address this issue and empower deaf children, a campaign to donate hearing aids has been initiated. Deaf children in Pakistan often encounter barriers in communication, education, and social interaction due to the unavailability of hearing aids. Many families cannot afford the cost of these devices, limiting the children's ability to participate fully in daily life. NDF organises mobile hearing aid clinics in rural areas. NDF team travel to underserved areas, providing hearing assessments and distributing hearing aids directly to children who need them through the donors of GlobalGiving.
Project reports on GlobalGiving are posted directly to globalgiving.org by Project Leaders as they are completed, generally every 3-4 months. To protect the integrity of these documents, GlobalGiving does not alter them; therefore you may find some language or formatting issues.
