Eid of Hope: Your Support Warms the Hearts of Mothers in the Camps

By HASAN SADIK | Project leader

Dear Donor,

In the camps of northern Syria, where life is harsh and pain lingers, Eid al-Fitr arrives for Mrs. Khadijah, who lives with her two children, Walid and Khaled, in the Al-Hayat camp after losing her husband in the war. Although the days pass and the pains resurface, Khadijah remains steadfast, fighting every day to provide protection and food for her children, so they do not feel orphaned or weak in this cruel world.

Mrs. Khadijah's life is not easy; she faces significant challenges in securing the basic needs for her children. Yet, she carries a strong heart, continuously giving all she has and putting every effort into supporting her family amid the difficult conditions they endure.

Thanks to your generosity and continued support, we were able to provide a complete food basket to Khadijah’s family, easing her burden of securing food during these blessed days. This basket was not just food; it was a message of hope, showing her that compassionate hearts are standing by her in her daily battle for her children.

But many mothers like Khadijah are still waiting for a helping hand to alleviate the suffering of their children. Your donation makes a significant difference in their lives and empowers them to continue striving for a better life for their children.

Thank you for your giving that brings warmth to the hearts of the needy, and we pray to God to place it in the balance of your good deeds.
