Asaad and His Family in Ramadan: Your Support Gives Them Hope in Difficult Times

By Hasan Sadik | Project leader

Dear Donor,

With the arrival of the blessed month of Ramadan, the suffering of displaced families in the camps of northern Syria intensifies, as they endure severe poverty, food shortages, and the absence of basic necessities. However, thanks to your generous support, we were able to provide a complete food parcel for Asaad's family, enough to sustain them throughout Ramadan, alleviating some of their hardship and giving them hope in this holy month.

Asaad is a 12-year-old boy who once lived a joyful life filled with hopes and dreams. He dreamed of becoming a dentist when he grew up. However, the harsh circumstances took that dream away from him. After losing his father to cancer, Asaad became the sole provider for his mother and two sisters. As a result, he had to leave school and abandon his dream to work as a tailor, providing for his family in these difficult times.

Thanks to your donations, we were able to meet part of their needs during Ramadan, but this does not mean their needs have ended. Many families are still waiting for your continued support. Your ongoing contributions help ease their suffering and provide them with the opportunity to live with dignity, especially in these challenging times.

We sincerely thank you for your ongoing support and for being a part of changing the lives of these children and their families.
Together, we can reach more families in need of help.

Best regards,
