Dear Donor,
Today, we would like to share with you the story of Mr. Mohammed and his family, who continue to suffer from the aftermath of war in northern Syria. In 2018, the city of Haritan faced severe destruction during military incursions, forcing Mr. Mohammed to leave his home, which once provided safety for his family. He and his loved ones found themselves displaced, living in one of the informal camps on the Syrian-Turkish border.
Mohammed shared his feelings: "I am happy to have gained our freedom after 13 years, but I feel great pain over what happened to my home. I have no financial means to rebuild it, so I am forced to stay in this tent until our houses can be reconstructed."
Thanks to your generous donations, we were able to provide a food basket containing essential items such as rice, lentils, beans, oil, sugar, tea, and canned goods, offering some relief to Mohammed and his family in these harsh conditions.
The current situation in Syria remains dire, and your ongoing support is critical to helping displaced families who have lost everything.
Thank you for your continuous support, which restores hope and dignity to those in need.
