Dear Donor,
When you choose to give, you’re not just offering material support—you’re providing hope and life to those who need it most. Today, we’d like to share with you a real story about the impact of your donations on Ahmed’s life, a 14-year-old boy who suddenly found himself responsible for his family at an age far too young for such burdens.
Ahmed lost his father last year to heart disease. Despite his tender age, he was forced to shoulder the heavy responsibility of caring for his sick mother, his younger brother Sobhi, and his little sister Rania. The family lives in a worn-out tent on the outskirts of Azaz, where no roof protects them from rain, and no walls shield them from the biting cold.
Your generosity changed their lives:
Thanks to your donations, their suffering did not go unnoticed. We were able to deliver a comprehensive food basket to Ahmed’s family, containing essentials like rice, flour, oil, sugar, and legumes. This basket was more than just food—it was a message of hope that someone cares, that their struggles are seen and eased.
Ahmed couldn’t say much, but his words touched us deeply:
"When I saw my mother smile for the first time in months, I felt like the weight I was carrying became lighter."
Winter is coming… and the need is greater:
The hardships faced by Syrian refugees grow even harsher with the arrival of winter. The bitter cold and the rain that seeps into their tents make life nearly unbearable. Your continued support means we can provide them with:
A heartfelt thank-you:
Words of gratitude cannot fully describe the impact of your donations. You bring new life and hope to families like Ahmed’s. You are the reason behind a relieved mother’s smile and the confident steps of a child who now believes the world still holds goodness.
Your generosity makes a difference,
And together, we can extend our hands to Ahmed and others like him, alleviating their suffering and paving the way for a brighter future.
Thank you from the heart… for being their hope in the darkest times.
