Amid the harsh struggles faced by countless families in northern Syria, we share today the story of Rama, an 8-year-old girl. Rama lives with her family of seven in informal camps in rural Souran, deprived of even the most basic necessities. Her father, who works in agriculture, earns barely enough to sustain his six children, the eldest being 13 years old.
In their modest tent, surrounded by cold weather and endless challenges, a simple food basket brought immense relief to this family. Thanks to your generous donations, the basket included essential items such as ghee, oil, legumes, sugar, and tea. While these may seem ordinary to some, for Rama’s family, they represent a lifeline and hope for a day without hunger.
