We have new Domestic Response Trailers being bought and equipmented in Idaho, Ohio and Panhandle of Florida. Idaho Teams will be for fire fighter and community support during fire season, the Ohio team has been very active in TN, WV, and KY during tornado and flood season without a trailer and now will be set to do even more. The Panhandle of Florida will get a trailer and be ready and equipped for Spring tornado and summer hurricane season. We are signing MOU with several Rotary District to equipment them take over equipment, and provide strike teams (first in) after storms hit, along with response team and vol training and logistical support. We are continuing to grow and do more for those in need. Thank YOU!

Update On New Response Trailers
By Larry Agee | Co-Founder & Executive Director

We have added 2 cooking/food response trailers along the gulf coast in partnership with 2 different rotary clubs in Louisiana. We are also looking to buy and fully equip. a trailer in the southern Ohio area to help respond faster to that part of the country. Recently tornadoes and floods have been a problem in that area. We have 2 teams deployed there now for flooding. The Idaho Rotary district has formed a Disaster committee with a DAUSA Board member as chair. They are investigating how best to utilize a trailer to help during fire season. DAUSA trailers and teams continue to deploy and more are needed. In case any donors of this project want to become volunteers here is a link to sign up and all volunteers opportunities will be emailed are texted to you.

We are currently resupplying trailers as Tornado season has already started and Hurricane IDA and the Midwest Tornadoes were both large deployments. Service is being performed on all equipment including dozens of chainsaws, Backhoe, rescue boat, response trailers, generators, tools, and supplies of mold killing agents, water filters, solar lights, KN95 mask, tarps, nails, repair of nail guns etc.
Hopefully the Florida Panhandle trailer will be fully equipment in the next few months and we have interest in several more trailers in the northwest for Fire season.
Thank you for your continued support the new trailer will help us help more people faster in new areas and the resupply and maintenance of current trailers will keep them in the field and ready to go.
