Digital upgrade to improve clinic operations

Project of Digital upgrade through Beneficiary Management Solution was started with the idea of adding great value to the field operations like: recording and tracking patients, tracking health improvements, changing medicines based on response, focusing on preventive medication and care, changing programme design based on new areas of need, medical research.
Achieved so far-

1. Process flow documentation of all the Medical and Education Operations that are running since last 2 decades.
2. Development of web solution to incorporate Beneficiary registration, Beneficiary documents upload, OPD recording and e-Prescription, dispensing medicines, dispensing other benefits
3. Student data Registration
4. Operational Reporting above activities
5. Pharmacy data alignment to integrate with medical solution
6. Management Dashboard to facilitate decision making – initial screens developed. To be enriched with data growth.
7. Prepared SoP of the solution.
8. Successfully running digital operations in two fixed clinics as on 12 th Dec 2022.
9. Started digitising data of Mobile clinics- operations to start from Jan 2022.
