Dear TechQuest Partner,
We extend our heartfelt gratitude for your unwavering support in providing digital literacy education to children. Your contributions to the Digital Skills and Safety (DASP) project are making a significant impact on the lives of public school students, laying the groundwork for a brighter future. Alongside the help of 70 other donors, we have successfully raised $6,400 toward our $49,800 goal, with $43,000 still needed to achieve our objective.
We are thrilled to share that our digital literacy program has reached over 360 students, teaching them essential skills such as starting a computer, operating the mouse and keyboard, navigating software, saving their work, and shutting down computers. Your generous donations have enabled us to equip these students with crucial digital literacy skills that will benefit them in their future endeavors.
Your support has not only made these children more internet-savvy but also ignited their interest in STEM, encouraging them to build practical products and explore new possibilities. We deeply appreciate this opportunity and acknowledge that none of this would have been possible without your backing.
The “Digital Access and Safety Project (DASP)" primarily targets public and low-fee-paying schools with the goal of increasing awareness and knowledge on how to use the internet safely, safeguard identity, address bullying and harassment online, and introduce students to filtering and verifying internet content. It also aims to enhance their practical digital literacy levels while exposing them to the enriching experiences that technology and the internet provide.
Our goal is to raise an additional $43,400 to equip at least 1000 more students with digital literacy skills. We invite you to consider providing further support and sharing this project with additional partners. Your continued support is invaluable, and we appreciate it.
Thank you wholeheartedly for your invaluable support and for being a crucial part of this initiative. Together, we are building a brighter future for our children.
Thank you once again for your generosity.
With gratitude,
Dr. Itoro Emembolu,
Executive Director, TechQuest STEM Academy
