In Japan, 30,000 children live in institutional homes with one staff for every six kids. Despite smaller family-like units, consistent mentorship, coaching, and career guidance remain scarce. Approaching adulthood, many lack digital skills, scholarships, or targeted support, leading to diminished opportunities for higher education, stable employment, and self-reliance.
We provide mentorship, coaching, and scholarships to equip youth with digital literacy, career assessments, and soft skills. Through one-on-one guidance, workshops, and internship placements, participants gain confidence, explore diverse career paths, and develop practical know-how. This holistic approach addresses each child's unique needs, preparing them for further education or skilled work.
