Thanks to your generosity, the Underground TechSheroes program continues to grow, providing young women with critical digital skills and empowerment training. Since this phase began in November 2024, students have made incredible progress—not just in learning to use computers, but also in building confidence, leadership skills, and resilience in challenging circumstances.
Big Wins This Month
Mastering Microsoft PowerPoint
Students have successfully completed their Microsoft PowerPoint training, learning to create professional presentations, add animations, and organize information clearly. One student shared, “Before this class, I didn’t know how to make a presentation. Now I can create one with images, animations, and everything! I feel so proud of myself.” With these skills, students are better prepared for future education and job opportunities.
Empowerment Through Conflict Resolution & Leadership
In addition to tech training, this month’s Women’s Empowerment sessions focused on conflict resolution and leadership. Students learned practical strategies for managing emotions, resolving disagreements, and making confident decisions. One young woman said, “In my family, girls don’t usually have a say. But after learning about leadership, I spoke up for the first time—and they listened.” These sessions are helping students find their voices in their homes and communities.
Why Your Support Matters
Because of your donations, these young women are gaining skills they never thought possible—skills that are helping them imagine brighter futures, despite the challenges they face. One student put it best: “Before, I thought there was no hope. Now, I feel like I have a future again.”
Thank you for standing with them. Your support is making a real difference, one class at a time.
