Our foundations long vacation has come to an end but we are so excited to get started with our new Environmental Education program! continuing our commitment to providing Educational opportunities for the community, this year we've brought in expert to take our program to a whole new level. Jenn Joyner, native of Alaska, has extensive knowledge and experience with environmental projects and expeditions. She's designed a schedule of activities that include several new topics, including community garden, sea turtle month, and the importance of public land access. With Jenn, the students will implement one hands-on project a month and share their experiences at school assembly. We look forward to seeing this new year of educational experiences unfold.
