A new unprecedented surge of COVID-19 infections is taking place and is reported to affect nearly 61,500 people, including 1,500 new infections on daily basis on average. This happens in the worst part of the world where five million people live in a region with limited resources, including 1.5 million people residing in camps that lack the least life necessities. We have recently lost six more patients, bringing the total number of Delta variant deaths to 1003 people.
We regret to deal with casualties and deaths as numbers, but it is certain that your response reached every soul and saved many people. Your donation has given thousands of war-displaced patients the opportunities to obtain treatment and a new chance to live.
Your continued support for us means supporting our already depleted health facilities and reducing the number of infections and daily admission rates. Your support also leaves a direct and immediate impact on the lives of the patients in the isolation hospitals that we run.
Your continued support is helping the forgotten humanity in northern Syria, and it means a lot to the most vulnerable patients who live in the most fragile and worst spots in the world.
