Making Food Deliveries

By Panwadi Moontrakon | Project Director

The "Feed 1,200 Thai Families Covid Relief Program" distributed enough food and essential items to 550 families to ease the financial pressure they are facing. The food helped to sustain them for at least a month as many search for new employment or are able to go back to their previous employment as Covid restrictions are reduced. This will not solve all of their problems but we are trying to bridge the gap during what is hopefully a brief period of unemployment due to the pandemic. We distributed 550 food packages with love and care to some villages in Yangmuen (Hilltribe people in 4 villages) , Borkhew and Maecham (Hilltribe people with no electricity in 2 villages), Doisaket and Thawangtan (helping eglected people in the city area). As we share with these families it will give them hope and help them overcome the obstacles they are facing at this time.
