Thank you for your support and interest in Fundación Sonrisas de Bombay during GlobalGiving’s Accelerator!
Thanks to your support, we’re proud to announce that we have been able to raise $5,000 from 40 donors, which meets the thresholds for a permanent spot on GlobalGiving! Thanks to this, we have become GlobalGiving's permament partners, meaning we will be able to participate in further fundraising campaigns! It will help us to provide support to thousands of street children and victims of human trafficking in Mumbai.
However, there are still many people suffering in Mumbai, being not able to work due to the Covid-19 lockdown, and we must help as many of them as we can. That is why we have increased our goal from the initial $5,000 to $7,500.
You have already made a donation, but there are other ways you still could contribute. You can spread the word and ask your friends and family to support us, too. For instance:
• Call or email at least five friends and ask them to donate
• Post a link to our project page from your Facebook page asking your friends to donate
The campaign is ending on Friday 26th, so there are only 4 days left!
