Friends of Chattering Children,
We are grateful for the many generous donations to our project, Connectivity for Children with Hearing Loss. During these challenging times, children with hearing loss are more vulnerable than ever to falling behind in their speech, language, academic and social skills.
With support from our community, we have been able to provide assisted listening equipment and training free of charge to over 30 children who are receiving services through teletherapy, attending school virtually or participating in a hybrid program.
We have raised $5,080 and hope that you can help us reach our goal of $8,800. Your ongoing contributions will allow us to maintain a supply of cables, coils, microphones, receivers and loaner hearing aids and cochlear implants in order to give children with hearing loss what they need to participate remotely in teletherapy, school and their communities.
From all of us at Chattering Children, thank you for your generosity and commitment to our mission and the children we serve.
Project reports on GlobalGiving are posted directly to globalgiving.org by Project Leaders as they are completed, generally every 3-4 months. To protect the integrity of these documents, GlobalGiving does not alter them; therefore you may find some language or formatting issues.
If you donate to this project or have donated to this project, you can receive an email when this project posts a report. You can also subscribe for reports without donating.
