Maunga Village Community Garden
We will be setting up a community garden in Maunga village. This garden will be a commercial and subsistence garden to drive economic activity in the community, increase food security, and drive positive conservation of wildlife and trees in the area. The 1-hectare plot will have a borehole and drip irrigation, elephant proofing, and fencing. Half of the garden will be commercial, and the produce will be sold to Maunga School for the nutrition program and other markets.
