September the 1 has passed, which is the international day of Knowledge and Learning, we all learn to live under new circumstances of COVID-19 pandemic. At the moment Dzherelo Centre is fully operational, all branches are welcoming children every day, we even are trying to expand and open new branches throughout the city. To prevent spread of the virus, our staff is getting ready to be vaccinated and obliges all necessary precautions.
From the bottom of our hearts, on behalf of parents, children and staff of Dzherelo Centre, we want to thank you for the kind support of children with disabilities. The summer was busy, Dzherelo was under construction works, we’ve made major overhauls of the facility, including new ventilation system, grounding, overhaul of the roof, hydro isolation of the foundation. This will support the facility during the harsh winter months and will reduce the utility expenses.
Children of Dzherelo are not threatened of cold winds and heavy rains of the incoming Autumn and are bracing themselves to face their everyday programs in Dzherelo in a good mood. All of them came back from their vacations in August, they were happy to spend more time with their parents for one month, but now they jovially return to their day programs in Dzherelo. We are accepting some new children, they now have a chance to make new friends and to communicate with each other. We all are happy to overcome the difficulties of COVID-19 in 2020, now we adapted and are ready to face new challenges.
