Children First Camp has Begun

Children First Summer Camp

Despite delays due to increasing Covid numbers and deaths, the Presidential Assassination and then the Earthquake and Tropical Storms... Summer Camp for the children in HRI's Children First program has begun!

Children in HRI's Children First Program are enjoying camp 10 children at a time so we can significantly reduce the risk of Covid exposure. The children are enjoying playing games, arts, crafts, educational activiites and more within the safety of our office.

We are also assessing the children for PTSD following the presidential assassination and earthquakes. After the extremely traumatic year they've had, this camp is a sigh of relief, hope and fun for the children.

Thank you to our partners who made this camp possible! It will make the transition back to school much easier on the children.
