Dear Friend,
Thank you very much for your support to our project helping child brides. The difficult social and economic situation in the villages partly as a result of climate change and lack of alternative income sources has fueled the rise of child brides. We don't know the cause and effect of this phenomenon but this is something that causes alarm and that governments should look into. This reporting period we focus our support to providing food and livelihoods to child brides and women in similar situation. We were able to support a total of 15 women in this manner and we hope to increase the number in the coming months. The livelihood support we are offering are mostly on home-gardening and the raising of vegetables. Thank you very much.
