URBAN REFUGEES staff is deeply grateful to our donors for their continued support. The funds from this campaign mean so much to us, and will help our organization further our work, collaborating with refugees in cities to help rebuild their lives in sustainable ways. While the global refugee crisis continues to grow, the tide is beginning to shift: as international awareness grows of the critical role that refugee-led organizations can (and should) play in development efforts. Our work has never been more important than it is today.
URBAN REFUGEES' next incubation project will begin in Uganda this summer, building on the success of our pilot collaborations in Malaysia. We are in the final stages of planning for this next endeavor and look forward to launching soon. This work would not be possible without the support of our community of donors, and we look forward to sharing more updates with you all very soon.
