GlobalGiving, 1st Progress Report on A Space4all

By The Team of Chance4all | Project Leader

Thank you!
Thank you!

Dear Supporters ,

Last October, Chance4all started the construction of its new project: A Space4all. A Space4all is a multipurpose facility which will empower and inspire students and will support our teachers and mentors as they implement a more inclusive, equitable and effective quality education.

We were excited not only to be able to feature our project under the GlobalGiving December Accelerator, but also to graduate! We are now a proud partner of GlobalGiving, which contributes greatly to our credibility and visibility as an organization, and thus the sustainability of our NGO. Just two months after graduating we are very close to reaching our monetary goal and completing A Space4All project. Thanks to your overwhelming support, as of February 28, 2020, we have raised $16,445 from more than 130 donors and have made significant progress, as you can see in the attached pictures: from a single brick we have reached the stage of painting, installing utilities, procuring desks and chairs, making our dream a reality!

We are still raising funds to procure IT equipment, including computers for the space. Once the building is completed, it will be made available to the students and school for community meetings and events, tuition and mentoring, giving them a safe space where they can thrive academically and develop important life skills they need to build a bright future.

On March 7th 2020 we plan to hold our annual workshop in the new space, “A Space4all”. The meeting between students, their families and the Chance4all team is an opportunity to have a deeper connection with the community, the students and their families through one on one meetings.

We would like to extend our heartfelt thank you to all that made this possible with your valuable contributions. We could not have achieved all this without you!

To be continued...until next report!
