An Enriching Start of the New Year!
Gujarat Educational Trip 2020
As a part of our holistic care, the Society organises an inter and intra-state educational trip annually. These 15-day trips are conducted during the Summer and Winter vacation break. We have over the years taken students to Odisha, Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu, Himachal Pradesh and others. This year, we organised our annual trip to Gujarat, westernmost state of India. We structured the itinerary around the topics that were the part of the academics of the students.
Through this tour, we were able to educate students in a practical and interesting manner. Something that is seen in reality can be easily perceived than something that we simply read in a book. This enabled us to also attain traits like Personal Development, Deepen Social and Historical Knowledge, Respect for Different Culture and Peer Learning on an individual.
We thank everyone for organising this trip and enabling such a heartening experience for all of us! !
The group of 50 students from class 9th and 11th with six teachers left for their much-awaited trip to Gujarat on the evening of January 1, 2020. This was 13-day trip inclusive of travelling to Gujarat and back. They covered three major cities of Gujarat; Ahmedabad, Porbandar and Junagadh.
In these 13 days, students were able to cover a huge number of a topic from their academics which covered majorly History, Economy, Climate and Wildlife and Culture.
This has left a great impact in the minds of our students, where they went without families, with their friends and colleagues, which allowed them to rely on themselves and take responsibility and enjoy the activities of the trip.
