Thanks to our many colaborators and donors like you, Super Heroes 5k Inc is finalizing the reconditoning of Jose Acevedo School into Ave del Paraiso Montessori Escuela Wildflower de Super Heroes.
As I write this report I am pleased to say that we have gone a long way.. Windows and small toilets are installed, the classroom are expanded, reconditioned and awaiting cabinets. Painintng is almost finalized. Througout all this, the parents and their children come by every now n then and love seeing the changes taking place. Children enjoy the swings we set up on a tree and watering our flowers.
Being that this school will be one with inclusion, we offered a seminar on Autism presented by Dr. Nicolas Linares to the staff and parents of the community.
For Super Heroes 5k Inc, it was highly gratifying to see sucha large group join the seminar and learn about Autism.
Currently we offer a scholarship to asist aplicant with low income.
We sitll have a long way to go thats why every penny count.
