On behalf of Motivated Minds and The Listening Post, I wish to thank you so much for your kind donation to our Christmas campaign to raise funds for them to continue their work in the Basildon Borough in helping people with their mental health issues.
As we all know, this past year has been a struggle with the Covid virus disrupting our lives and many have suffered and sadly many have died as well. Those left behind grieve, and those that recover are sometimes left with long term problems with their health.
The demand for help with mental health issues has only increased because of Covid, and these anxieties manifest themselves in many ways, with the stress and worries about unemployment, relatives, friends, relationships, and your own health, being just the tip of the iceberg. The problems stretch across society with mental health issues even with children and teenagers, not just adults.
So again, thank you so much for being a part of helping with your donation towards mental health in Basildon.
