Ratanang Day Care, through the Baemedi project sponsored seven beneficiaries since their enrolment into the Day Care. These beneficiaries have now started with primary school and are now in Grade R (0).
This year nine new beneficiaries have been identified and will be sponsored from this year until they leave for school.
The sponsorship includes school fees, transport, stationery, educational trips and a farewell ceremony. Where possible, we also try to assist the learners with school uniform items to start them up.
This year the day care will take part in three ECD programmes, an educational trip, photo shoot and a farewell, all while ensuring our learners grow, learn and play in a safe environment. Our Baemedi beneficiaries will be sponsored by the project for all these activities.
