The Alternatives to Violence Program (AVP) is a hands-on training program that prepares participants to deal with potentially violent conflict in new, positive, and creative ways. Schools in Rwanda are faced with various forms of violent conflict that students experience. Because of this problem, the Alternative to Violence program is the best solution for those violent students. 300 students from 10 secondary schools will be equipped with relevant skills to mitigate violence.
however, we are still limited in resources which is the reason why we encourage all well-wishers to join us in creating a safer high school environment. your support can make a real difference in promoting alternatives to violence. every donation brings us closer to fostering a culture of empathy and conflict resolution. together, let's empower students with the tools they need for a more harmonious future.
