Autism mainstreaming refers to the integration of individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) into mainstream educational, social, and workplace settings. This approach aims to create inclusive environments that support the diverse needs of individuals with autism, fostering acceptance and providing equal opportunities. Autism mainstreaming is a vital step toward creating an inclusive society that values and supports individuals with autism. By embracing neurodiversity and providing the necessary accommodations, mainstreaming contributes to the empowerment and integration of individuals with autism in various aspects of life. Ongoing efforts are essential to address challenges and promote a more inclusive and accepting environment for everyone. NDF is engaged through GlobalGiving donations to carry on efforts in mainstreaming Autism.
