Empower 300 Bal Sansads in Bihar To Drive Change

300 schools in Samastipur, Bihar, are using tech tools to teach better and 90,000 students now have smarter learning experiences.

• 52 tech kits consisting of a tablet, a projector and speaker were procured and distributed as a shared resource between 300 schools.
• We’re developing a CRCC application to host content, both online and offline. The app is being tested currently.
• We have curated and customized digital content from various sources on child protection, child engagement, community engagement, classroom practices and management including video and text which will be used by the CRCC and teacher as resource material during teacher and headmaster trainings.

We've started a few other initiatives in the recent months. The Anandshala Change Leaders of the program plan and implement activities to accelerate quality learning experiences and strengthen community engagement. Each Change Leader takes two or more schools in their block to underway a change project.

From libraries, art and sports supplies, to fairs for local goods, the local community have raised money, donated books, helped make these happen.With help from people like you, we're strengthening the program to help students , stay, engage and learn in school.
