We are continuing to make steady progress since our last update. We installed two toilets and a shower in the station and we completely closed in the structure with mosquito netting. All that remains to finish the physical structure is an awning on the side due to sun exposure.
We are now in the stage of furnishing and equipping. We've ordered a wash basin and two desks to start the furnishing. We received some support from Idea Wild to initiate the equipping. They provided a GPS navigator, 2 camera traps, binoculars, a weather station, a portable recorder and more.
We are now getting ready for the arrival of our partner organization Kay Pacha. They continue to support our efforts and will be down for a site visit aat the end of August. We plan on testing out some of the new equipment and using their physical skills to continue to make advancements.
