Small families have arrived this season at Ahava Home, we would love to be able to give as many details, however it is not always possible, but we want to share that during this period some children and women have come to this place to heal and have a time of rest after having gone through a lot. This time in this place has not only allowed them to have a break but has also been a safe place for the beginning of their legal processes that each case entails.
One of our users was also able to complete a Diploma in the prevention of child sexual abuse so we are very proud of her for every step she takes towards her life project. They have all remained in their English, music and school regularization classes. It has also been possible to cover the basic expenses required for their stay in this place, but also every need that arises to comply with their legal and health procedures. We could not do all this without the help of all those who have trusted in the project and the entire team that is part of this program.
Each of the survivors has a battle in their mind, a battle in their heart and of course a legal battle to fight, this entails a path for the victims that almost always feels difficult to walk and even difficult to continue, however, each Those who go through these difficulties can also see Grace in everything, a purpose that sustains them and that is greater than any difficulty. We believe and trust that this place allows them to direct themselves and take a breath. A user once said that this was a good place to get back on track with her life. For us, hearing this encourages us and reminds us that every battle that is fought in Ahava Home is worth it.
Let's not get tired of doing good! Thank you for every contribution, but also for every prayer for the survivors.
Be blessed.
