Dear friend,
This year we have been working with local schools and kindergartens, around growing food, the soil and plant cycles, composting and so much more. We did all this also paired with storytelling, such a powerful tool to engage with young kids. All of this with great results, so together with the local council we were able to reach more kindergartens.
Though it's been a hard year we have had amazing days and met so many amazing people. The teachers have been crucial and we have been supporting them through Storytelling time and the local kindergartens.
We carried out activities based on playful and experiential learning, narrating stories to the kids about the cycle of plants, planting seeds and comprehension and care of the environment.
Through music and stories we are able to connect at an early age on the importance and beauty of nature, bringing it closer to their hearts. The reception has been amazing.
We are so glad to be able to do the work we are doing and we could not do it without your support.
