Program Highlights
Impact Stories
1. “I want to express my sincere gratitude for your support of my education. Coming from a
family with limited financial resources, I faced many challenges in school, particularly affording
school fees and practical materials. Thanks to the Impact Youth Foundations program, I no longer
have to worry about these burdens. Your generous support has allowed me to fully focus on my
studies and excel in my practical work. I am incredibly grateful for this opportunity to pursue my
education without financial constraint. Your support has made a significant difference in my life,
and I am determined to make the most of this opportunity”
2. “I was raised in Ayenya, began playing sports and completed primary school there. I then
continued my education at Ayikuma Methodist Junior High School but struggled with affording food,
transportation and learning materials. I returned to Ayenya for junior high school with the hope of an
NGO scholarship, but none was available. Fortunately, the Impact Youth Foundation stepped in,
provided books, and offered future education support, allowing me to continue my studies. I am now a
level 200, Agricultural Science Student at Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology”.
Community Impact: The Impact Youth Foundations Free Education Program has had a
significant positive impact on the Anyenyah community. Previously, the community struggled
with high school dropout rates and low enrollment in tertiary institutions. Since the programs
inception, school dropout rates in Anyenyah have decreased by 20%. Additionally, the program
has seen a 35% rise in the number of Anyenyah students enrolling in tertiary institutions. This
improvement can be attributed to the programs focus on academic achievement. The
implementation of an after-school homework and tuition club has provided students with
dedicated support to improve their grades and prepare for higher education.
Donations Received: We are grateful to have received a total of $9,365.71 from generous donors
like you so far.
Program Expenditures: 30% was used to directly support student education costs, 60% was
allocated for construction of the ultra modern child and development center while 10% was
allocated for administrative expenses, program development and professional development
workshops. A detailed breakdown of expenditures is available upon request.
