In September 2023, MSD United Way Vietnam encountered a significant challenge as we received a total of 5 cases requiring urgent assistance for birth registration. Within this group of cases, there exist children who, despite being of school age, find themselves deprived of the fundamental right to attend school due to the absence of essential personal documents.
Under the umbrella of "A New Life Page" project, MSDUWV has taken on the responsibility of coordinating the intricate procedures required to provide support to these children in procuring their birth certificates expeditiously. Our commitment extends beyond mere paperwork; we are orchestrating a comprehensive approach that involves technical expertise, DNA testing, and financial aid to bring about the realization of this crucial goal seamlessly.
Recognizing that a birth certificate is not merely a symbolic piece of paper but a gateway to a transformative new chapter in life, MSDUWV is diligently aligning all essential elements to facilitate this process. We firmly believe that each birth certificate promises a brighter and more hopeful future for these children, ushering them into a world of opportunities and possibilities. In the pursuit of fostering positive change, we remain dedicated to overcoming barriers and illuminating the path toward a promising and empowered life for these deserving individuals.
