New Life Page for "Invisible" Children - Vietnam

Dear MSD's Donors,

How is everything to you so far?

Research Center of Management and Sustainable Development (MSD) would like to update you with how our project "New life page for 35 "Invisible" Children in Vietnam" is going on.

We have supported 4 more street children to get their birth certificates, 3 of them living in Binh Hung, Binh Chanh District and 1 living in Tan Phu, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

So, up to now, 9 completed cases are in the process of documentation that will be sent out to you later on. In the next period of the project, we will do our best to reach more than 20 cases of street children here in Ho Chi Minh City.

What’s more?

It’s our site visit in Ho Chi Minh City with Mr. Cedric Yumba, Representative from GlobalGiving on the 2^nd of May. That’s such a precious chance for us to update and share what we have been doing in reality through conversations with children’s parents regarding how their life is going, what caused a delay to register the birth certificates for their children, how they completed the process of getting that with the support from MSD... Children themselves also shared with us their feelings and dreams when having opportunity to go to school.

We also had deeper discussions on the technical issues using GlobalGiving Platform and how well we are informed like:

• What problems our organization has encountered with the platform;
• How to improve the rank of the project on GlobalGiving;
• The frequency of GlobalGiving newsletters
• The tips on launching matching campaigns
