On behalf of Beauty, we want to express our deepest gratitude for your incredible support and well-wishes! Beauty has been cleared by the veterinarian staff working with Equine-Assisted Therapies of South Florida (EATSF) to return to the work she loves—being a therapy pony. While her exact timeline will depend on her stamina, Missy Tussing, our barn manager, is optimistic that Beauty will be able to participate in at least one class during the Spring session, with the hope that she can gradually take on more. Missy said that Beauty will ease back into her routine at a comfortable pace.
In another heartwarming moment, Beauty was reunited with her best friend and pasture mate, Goose, just before the Christmas holiday. The two will be together in the pasture moving forward during their turnout time. Beauty was kept apart from Goose during her recovery to ensure her safety, so this reunion is especially joyous for everyone.
It is with great happiness that we share this final report on our beloved Beauty, and we are excited to watch her get back to doing what she loves! Thank you for supporting Beauty on her recovery journey!
