Hi folks!
My apologies for the delayed report, the year has had us running from the get go!
2024 was not a 'fun' year. It was not an 'easy' year and for the most part, it did not feel like a 'good' year and yet...
we made it through.
We had to say a lot of good byes and we had to let go of a lot of the things that we had really worked hard to build over the last 30 years...
and we did it.
And when we needed your help to get our team through to the New Year,
YOU did it!
We cannot thank you enough for your support in helping us validate our extraordinary care workers and giving your gift to help us meet our salary obligations for a final time in 2024.
The work that our care team does is essential in helping us build from the start the world we all want to live in. A safe, nurturing environment where babes needs are appropriately and completely met - is the key to changing the future. We believe it, we live it and we thank you for supporting it!
We pray that 2025 is the year that everything changes for us and that we can settle in to our new model with confidence. We will carry the deep love we have for our Village and make the changes we need to to keep us going.
