Our goal to get menstruating girls at the Makindu Children’s Centre menstruation kits is happening! Thank you so much for your donations. One of our board members is taking 250 menstruation kits made by Days For Girls at the end of March and they will be distributed to the girls. By then we are expecting more girls to be menstruating and are preparing to raise more money for the more girls who will be menstruating. Along with that, mothers and guardians are in need of the menstruation kits. Usually we don’t focus on the guardians and parents as much as the kids, but in this case, we are worried about the adults taking the menstruation kits for themselves. We will likely reopen this fundraiser in the future as there are always going to be more menstruating girls. Thank you for making dreams come true. We have changed the lives of at least 250 girls with this campaign and we are forever grateful.
