Help 14 Colombians Achieve Their University Dreams

HELP 14 COLOMBIANS ACHIEVE THEIR UNIVERSITY DREAMS                                                    By   Moisés Pedraza – director Fundación Zuá

On December 3rd, we participated in Giving Tuesday through the GlobalGiving platform with the goal of funding the university costs of the Fundación Zuá tutors. 

With these funds, we were able to pay the university tuition for five tutors committed to the children of Fundación Zuá. They are studying: Physical Education, Psychology, Pedagogy, Early Childhood Education and Nursing

In 2023, I had the chance to join the Foundation’steam as a tutor, which has been an incredible experience. It has been a privilege to share my knowledge and experiences with all the children.

Thanks to Fundación Zuá, I can study for a bachelor’s degree in physical education, which has been a dream come true for me. I am currently pursuing my studies and hope to graduate soon.

The foundation has taught me the importance of perseverance,discipline,andpassionforwhatIdo.Ifeel fortunate to be part of this community committed to education and the holistic development of children.

Because beyond the numbers, it's about transformed lives:

In 2024, 14 students were welcomed into the Fundación to give them the opportunity to access university education. 

In 2025, all 14 young people continue their university studies, making your support indispensable. 

Each donation helps them access university, pursue their studies, and dream of a better future.
