Mission

Women's Education Project (WEP) assists women of limited means to become confident, educated, self-reliant, and leaders in their own lives, families and communities. WEP's method expands awareness of employment possibilities and training opportunities, aligning aptitude and interest, before embarking on careers or alternative livelihoods of students' choosing. WEP's Leadership Academies increase the number of women in the formal-sector workforce, and provide support to graduates to remain in the workforce.
